Submission via YouTube

  1. Create a YouTube account if you don't already have one.
  2. Upload your video.
  3. Give it a distinctive title.
  4. In the description box, include the phrase: Submission for the Voice of Youth Project Mauritius 2010.
  5. Leverage your social networks and get the world viewing and rating your video.
